Description
Strategic Setup & Systems Stewardship
Account Access & Configuration Review (As Needed):
Review and refine account infrastructure, access, tracking configurations, and core digital systems to ensure reliable data and clear ownership across platforms. This includes advising on analytics, conversion tracking, and related measurement infrastructure—not ongoing system administration.
Digital Analytics & Reporting Dashboards (Ongoing Guidance):
Oversight and refinement of reporting dashboards to ensure they remain accurate, interpretable, and useful for decision-making. Emphasis is placed on helping your team understand what the data is saying and how to act on it.
Digital Strategy & Advisory Services
Ongoing Strategic Guidance:
Strategic guidance to help interpret performance, evaluate priorities, and support decision-making as priorities shift. This includes regular review of key trends, challenges, and opportunities, with an emphasis on helping your team stay focused and aligned with your business calendar (season launches, budget cycles, major initiatives).
2x Monthly Strategy & Progress Reviews:
Two (2) structured strategy sessions per month focused on progress, priorities, training, and problem-solving. Sessions may include reviewing performance trends, pressure-testing decisions, supporting internal staff, sharing updates on digital tools or best practices, or working through complex digital questions as they arise.
Between-Session Guidance (Ongoing):
Access to email-based guidance between scheduled sessions for questions, clarification, and strategic input. This support is intended for decision support and perspective—not ongoing task execution, approvals, or real-time management. Responses are generally provided within 24–48 business hours.
Note on Formal Strategy Planning: This advisory engagement does not include a standalone annual digital strategy or written roadmap. For organizations seeking a more structured planning process (such as an annual or seasonal digital strategy, channel prioritization, or documented roadmap), a separate strategy engagement is recommended and can be scoped independently based on needs.
Documentation & Knowledge Transfer
Access to existing and evolving documentation outlining processes, frameworks, and best practices related to digital advertising, analytics, SEO, and measurement. These materials are intended to support internal teams in executing work independently and consistently.
Support for Advanced or Transitional Digital Tasks
As needed, this engagement may include limited hands-on support or close guidance for advanced or high-complexity digital tasks that are not yet fully handed off internally (e.g., complex audience setup, ecommerce or cross-domain tracking), and where institutional knowledge or strategic judgment is essential to unblock progress or reduce risk.
Note on Flexibility: If a scheduled strategy session or planned focus area is not needed in a given period, time and attention may shift toward higher-value advisory activities such as deeper analysis, documentation, training, or preparation for upcoming decisions, without expanding into ongoing execution.
