Scope of Services
- Services are limited to what’s outlined in your product/package description.
- Extra work (new campaigns, platforms, or technical projects) requires a separate agreement.
- Graphic design or video editing are not included unless specifically listed.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to photos, videos, copy, and other assets.
- Support with limited developer tasks may be required (e.g., tracking setup, landing page edits).
- Media budgets are treated as targets, not guarantees. We strive to keep spend within 20% of target.
Cancellation & Termination
- Yearly service packages are designed for a 12-month term, billed in equal monthly installments. In the event of early termination, the Client may buy out the contract by paying an amount equal to three (3) months of service fees. No further services will be rendered after buy-out.
- Services may be terminated if invoices are overdue for more than 45 days.
Payment & Billing
- ACH / bank transfer is preferred. Credit cards are accepted (processing fees stated at checkout). Auto-pay through WooCommerce is recommended for simplicity.
- Setup fees (if applicable) and the first month of service fees are due before work begins.
- Ongoing services are billed monthly, with payment due by the first day of each month.
- Late payments may pause services. A 2% late fee applies after 15 days; additional late fees accrue every 30 days until resolved.
- Repeated late or failed payments may result in termination of services.
Results & Guarantees
- We follow industry best practices, but can’t guarantee specific sales, leads, or ROI.
Ownership & Case Studies
- You retain ownership of your content and assets.
- We retain ownership of internal processes, templates, and methodologies.
- Unless requested otherwise in writing, we may reference our work in high-level ways (case studies, website, LinkedIn). Confidential data is never disclosed.
Confidentiality
- We will never share or use your confidential information outside this engagement.
Liability
- Our liability is capped at the amount you paid for services in the month of the issue.
- We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages (e.g., lost revenue).
